Any Questions?
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Yes, if they want to be, though it is not advisable to try to hypnotise anyone who is intoxicated
with alcohol or high on drugs. People who suffer from severe psychotic illnesses often do not
respond well to hypnosis and should always consult their GP or medical consultant beforehand.
Will I be asleep?
No. You will be extremely relaxed and in a level of trance, but you will not reach the sleep state.
Will I be asked to divulge things I don’t wish to?
No, absolutely not. Regardless of how deeply you may go into trance, you remain fully in control.
Your subconscious mind protects you at all times, and you will never say or do anything that you do not choose to.
Will you have any control over my mind?
No. As a clinical hypnotherapist, I help you work through issues yourself, enabling you to overcome old habits,
re-set old patterns, and create more positive ways of thinking.
How many sessions will I need?
Each person is different. Some issues may be resolved in one session, while more complex issues require more.
I will advise you from the beginning — you will never be encouraged to have more sessions than needed.
